Roasted chicken with barbecue sauce

For 2 portions
- Half fresh organic chicken BIOGRECO
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- Tinfoil
Directions:
Mix the salt, the sugar, the mustard and the paprika in a bowl. Drizzle the chicken with the mixture, mix in order to be covered with it and place it in the roasting tray. Cover with tinfoil and roast at 170o C for 1 ½ hour. Uncover and drizzle the chicken with barbecue sauce. Raise the temperature to 220o C and roast for 10 more minutes.
